Pause Your Account

& Return When You’re Ready!

IMPORTANT: Agent CRM Phone number(s) that you wish to keep while your account is paused will incur an additional charge of roughly $2.50/mo/number. These costs maintain and keep your phone numbers secure, as they are purchased through a third party phone system. This bill will appear on your payment statement through a credit top-up charge at the amount designated in your account billing settings.

If you do not wish to keep these particular phone numbers while your account is on pause, you can release the numbers instead, in which case they can be recycled and picked up by another business.

To do that, go to Settings >> Phone Numbers inside your Agent CRM account and click ‘delete’ next to your number(s). By checking the box below, you are acknowledging that you understand.

How Does It Work?

If you pause your account, we will save all of your account content and information.

When you are ready, you can reactivate your saved account without losing any valuable content or information. You can stay paused as long as you need!

What Happens If I Cancel & Don't Pause My Account?

If you don't pause your account and you completely cancel your subscription, your account will be deleted.

All of your account content and information will permanently be deleted, and we will not be able to recover it in the future if you decide to come back.
